Thank you for shopping with The Pampered Paw. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we also want our return process to be clear and fair.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery when the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at thepamperedpawonline@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with all parts, accessories, manuals, and inserts
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used pet beds, mats, bowls, feeders, fountains, grooming tools, toys, or lick mats
  • Items with pet hair, odor, stains, bite marks, scratches, or signs of use
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, chewing, scratching, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price.

The restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, processing, repackaging, payment processing costs, and supplier return expenses.

Restocking fees do not apply when the return is due to our error, such as if you received the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at thepamperedpawonline@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee and original shipping charges, unless the return was due to our error.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund for approved returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or sent to our fulfillment partner, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.

California Notice

This refund and return policy applies to purchases made from The Pampered Paw. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy, including the possibility of restocking fees on approved returns.

This policy is intended to be clearly disclosed before purchase in accordance with applicable California consumer protection requirements.
