What types of cat litter can I use with this automatic self cleaning cat litter box?

This device is compatible with bentonite, mineral, mixed, and small-diameter tofu cat litter that can be clumped. Please avoid using non-clumping litter or tofu/mixed litter with a diameter larger than 3mm or a length greater than 15mm to prevent wasting litter.

Is this litter box safe for my cat to use?

Yes, safety is a priority. The device features a front-facing infrared sensor that automatically stops rotation if your cat approaches. Note that you will need to enable the infrared sensor function in the mobile app when you first start using the device.

Can I use this for multiple cats or larger breeds?

The DOEL Automatic Cat Litter Box is designed for cats weighing between 3.3 and 22 lbs. It offers a spacious 65L internal litter area, making it suitable for multiple cats within that weight range.

Where should I place the litter box for it to work correctly?

For the gravity-sensing sensors to accurately monitor your cat's weight and frequency, the device must be placed on a hard, flat floor. Do not place the litter box on carpets or mats, as this can interfere with the sensors and cause malfunctions.
